Often when discussing outsourcing advantages, the talk is centered on employer benefits. The employee side of outsourcing is rarely covered, lendingit status as the proverbial elephant in the room.

. We decided it might be worthwhile to do some additional myth-busting, looking at outsourcing advantages from the employee side.

As HR Managerfor LAC, I have often witnessed the employee point-of-view, which covers the full spectrum of human emotion. It’s true, and should be expected, that some people will respond with fear, anxiety and resentment to news of outsourcing. Rather than being an employee of XYZ Company, they are now going to be an employee of the outsourcing company, or possibly lose their job.

However, after the dust settles and the upsides are recognized, I have also seen optimism, happiness and satisfaction.I thought it would be valuable to share some of those outsourcing employment advantages.

Some of our employees have worked for years at the same company, government agency or law firm. Yet the nature of LAC Group’s business is to provide staffing skills and resources as needed, which means that some of our employees work on a variety of different client projects and assignments.

Because LAC Group was founded and remains headquartered in Los Angeles, the company has several clients and long-standing client relationships in the area. For example, we have an employee living in southern California who has worked for several clients there. Since 2008, she has worked on 14 different assignments. Because all the clients are clustered in a relatively small geographical area (by LA standards anyway!), she could drive to all of them whileenjoying the change of pace and gainingexperience in a variety of different tasks and challenges.

For those who prefer it, or need it due to other obligations, the ability to work on flexible assignments is a valuable benefit over full-time, year round employment.

Some people prefer more flexible work arrangements in order to pursue other interests, whether it’s a serious hobby or running a side-business. One of our young employees in southern California is a budding actor whose LAC Group employment provides a steady income stream and benefits, as well as freedom to audition and explore acting opportunities. Others can work remotely, which opens new doors for people who live in places with limited employment options and unencumbers people from commuting hassles.

I have a cool racoon model from Blendswap and I’m now trying to create a Walk Cycle for it.

Basically, when the Armature is totally neutral in Pose Mode (after pressing ALT+G and ALT+R), it is skewed: the IK Bones are out of position. I want the default Pose Mode to be the same positioning as Edit Mode. However, because of my IK Constraints, it’s not. As you can see, the hands, feet, and tail (all with IK Constraints) are all out of position.

Bradley Beal and Otto Porter Jr. are two of the players the Heat could potentially acquire in this deal. Out of these two, the Wizards would be more willing to deal Porter as Beal is coming off a season in which he averaged 22.6 points and 4.5 assists per game while being named an All-Star for the first time in his career.

As for Porter, he averaged 14.7 points and 6.4 per game last season while shooting 44.1 percent from three. The problem with him is his contract. He is due about $26 million for the 2018-19 season and $27.2 million for the 2019-20 season. Porter holds a player option for the 2020-21 season. Should he accept that, he would be due around $28.5 million. With these figures, he would be the highest-paid player on the Heat while potentially being the fourth or maybe fifth option on offense. He would be of value to Miami on defense, where he has excelled so far in his NBA career.

By swapping Whiteside for Porter, the Heat would put themselves about $600,000 closer to the luxury tax for the 2018-19 season. This is something they might not want to do for a team that is seemingly stuck in mediocrity. Miami still has to account for the potential signings of Wayne Ellington , who has reportedly been by the Heat that they want him back, and Dwyane Wade , whohas that if he were to come back and play a 16th NBA season it would only be with the Heat.

Another potential issue that could arise is that Washington might needextra incentive to take on a player whose trade value has reportedly hit a low . This means that the Heatwould need to add sweeteners so that Washington would be comfortable with the trade.
